The Law regulates the privileges during the import of paper wastes and cardboard, paper for recycling, energy-saving equipment and materials, measuring and control devices for the fuel-energy resources, equipment for energy produce from renewable energy sources, materials and equipment used for their produce in the territory of Ukraine.
The Law amends clause 19 of the Law "On Single Customs Tariff", whereby import operations with paper or cardboard regenerated out of wastes and paper for recycling with codes УКТ ЗЕД 4707 90 10 00 (unsorted) 4707 90 90 00 (sorted) are exempt from entrance charge by 2015.
